New ios5 features

ios5_siri_icloud_imessaging
At first glance iOS 5 doesn't look new, but there are small signs: rounded sliders in menus, an optional split keyboard and tabbed browsing in Safari for iPad users. Twitter is now integrated, so you can share things from within the stock Apple apps. And it feels slicker and more responsive on devices new and old.
SIRI:

Siri is a new voice recognition feature which is built into iOS 5 and the iPhone 4S. Siri’s features, which offer users the ability to almost have a conversation with your device, will be exclusive to Apple’s iPhone 4S, with all current hardware left out in the cold. When Siri isn't taking the metal mickey, it's setting reminders, connecting you to your chums, and launching apps and searches.
ICLOUD:
Store heaps of photo, and a smattering of other files on Apple's servers. You now have more storage space freed up, and access,to your files via Wi-Fi or 3G.Remember when losing a phone meant losing everything? No more: iCloud automatically backs up photos, videos, music, contacts, messages , and syncs them across your iOS devices and computers.

NOTIFICATIONS:

No more pop-ups! The new notifications tab keeps you up to date on emails, tweets, calendar alerts, etc.Previously, alerts would sledgehammer their way to the front of the screen, and they'd require your input to leave again. Now, they flash up discreetly in a bar at the top of the screen; if they're not urgent, ignore them and they'll vanish in a few seconds. The pull-down screen offers salient info on your agenda and communications, and you get to choose how your favourite apps can disturb you.

To see them all, swipe down from the top edge to reveal the Notification Centre. As well as messages, calls and mails, you can set apps to appear too - you get Weather and Stocks by default, but you can add Facebook or even Angry Birds if you want.

WIRELESS SYNCING:
you can spend less time sitting in front of it Contacts, music and photos all sync automatically over Wi-Fi, and even firmware updates beam down over the air.Note that the iPhone/ iPad has to be plugged into the mains for Wi-Fi syncing to automatically occur; you can force it while running on battery from the Settings menu.
IMESSAGE:

Free texts for everyone, forever. Nothing to learn, nothing to sign up for and no special a pp to use.Perhaps responding to the several popular free messaging apps atop the App Store, iOS 5 users can now talk to each other for free with no additional software required. Type the recipient's name into the Messages app, and the OS will check it against Apple's servers. If it's found, the Send button turns blue and your message is sent over your data connection. If it isn't found, the button stays green and it's sent as a normal charged text.

Itwin usb

itwin
iTwin doesn't rely on a remote server farm to store your files and a password-protected web interface or software package to access them.
It consists of a pair of identical USB dongles; plug each one into a different internet-connected computer and install the included drivers. Each computer then has a pair of virtual disks accessible from within Windows Explorer: Local Files and Remote Files. Any files copied to the Local Files disk on one computer can be accessed from the other computer through its Remote Files disk, and vice versa. This connection works as long as each computer has its iTwin dongle connected.
itwin_usb

Although iTwin requires that both computers are connected to the internet, files are encrypted and transferred directly between the two. Files are stored on iTwin's relay servers only temporarily in case of adverse network conditions. Since iTwin relies on your computers to store files, there's no storage limit. The only limit to the number of files you can share is the size of the hard disk on each PC.
If an iTwin dongle is lost, disconnect the other dongle to prevent unauthorised access to your files. If you want to guard against unauthorised data access, you can set a password on the iTwin; this means files can be accessed only if you have both the dongle and password. The password can also be used to disable a dongle remotely. iTwin won't suit everyone. It doesn't work with Macs, Linux or any smartphone/tablet operating systems. It also won't work if you want to share files between more than two computers at once. Still, if you're concerned about privacy and you don't want another set of passwords to remember, iTwin is a good alternative to more conventional online storage and remote access services.

Android Player for Windows

ANDROID_PLAYER_WINDOWS
You can download the application from bluestackfi. While free to download and use, there are some drawbacks such as a limited number of apps that can be installed. A paid version, BlueStacks App Player Pro, which allows unlimited app installs, as well as the ability to run premium applications like Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja and Cut the Rope is also in the works. The main selling point of the BlueStacks Android Player is that it allows for an almost seamless bridge between the two computing platforms without any complicated requirements like trying to run Android OS on a PC or setting up multiple operating systems in a dual-boot configuration. All it takes is to download the software, and install like any other Windows application.

PC Tools Antivirus Free 2012

PC Tools Antivirus Free 2012 provides a decent level of system protection, including real-time, on-demand and scheduled scanning.it's fast, reasonably thorough and can be set to sweep your system on start-up.

There are three scanning methods: Full, Custom and Intelli-Scan, which checks for active malware. Adjust the scanning speed using the slider bar, and choose between Performance, Balanced or Protection mode.

There are various other configuration options. You can help to improve PC Tools' protection by agreeing to let suspicious files be forwarded to the Malware Research Centre, and the Global Action List lets you set up rules to automatically block or allow particular files, cookies and websites.

The Report Card button at the bottom of the screen provides details of recent activity, including the number of database updates and scans performed in the last seven days, or since installation. It also shows the total number of items scanned and protected, along with information about infections and suspicious items.

When installing the software, be sure to select the Custom option so you can choose between a large or small database (large provides better protection but slower download and scan times), and disable the bundled toolbar.

Designed in collaboration with Facebook, it is crafted out of matte silver and white plastic and sports a 2.4-inch display and QWERTY keypad.Except for an 'f' key placed on the bottom right, there isn't any Facebook branding on this device. Turing on the Blue 555 reveals a Vodafone logo but the homescreen is dominated by the social networking site. The homescreen is the FB status update bar. At the bottom of the display is a row of short-cuts including FB friends, FB news feeds, favourites, etc. and is customisable. The f key lets user access the FB stream that looks similar to the updates from friends that shows up on the FB homepage. By hitting options, you can directly post a picture on the wall. LG gm750 reset

lg_gm750_reset
The GM750 is LG’s entry level smartphone, running on WinMo 6.5 with the addition of LG’s S-class user interface. Navigating the phone’s features via the 3" LCD touch-screen is simple enough when you employ the stylus (irritatingly hanging on the device), but not when you use your finger, as the screen could have been more responsive.

What is easy though is taking decent pics thanks to the GM750’s five megapixel camera. Setting up an email account is also simple and Office Mobile allows you to create your own Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. HSDPA means browsing is quick and connecting to a Wi-Fi network is simple using the phone’s Wi-Fi manager. There is also a GPS and a microSD slot with a 2 GB card included with the phone.

Samsung Galaxy Fit_samsng glaxy fit

The Samsung Galaxy Fit looks sleek and modern. It has a cheap feel, but it's actually sturdier than its looks. There are two colors available chromed silver and while. The buttons, except for the middle one, are touch sensitive. All the other standard ports are present as well: the mini-USB, power button, volume rocker, 3.5mm earphone port and the microSD card slot.

The Samsung Galaxy Fit, it packs a 3.31-inch 240x320 capacitive touchscreen.  The brightness level is respectable which makes it fairly visible even under the sun.

The Samsung Galaxy Fit packs a 600Mhz processor and is capable of Bluetooth, WiFi, HSDPA 3G and GPRS. It packs a scanty 160MB internal storage but is expandable to up to 32GB.

The phone is loaded with Android 2.2 Froyo, it runs pretty smoothly. Browsing through menus and opening apps are fairly snappy and delays are hardly noticeable.  It uses Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz Ul, which isn't as flashy as HTC's sense Ul but it very appealing in its own right.

The smartphone carries a 5-megapixel camera that is capable of geo-tagging and 15fps video recording. I'm very much impressed with the quality of the shots it took. the smartphone doesn't have flash so it would be best to take pictures in places with good lighting. The battery life of the Samsung Galaxy Fit is on-par with the industry standard.the Samsung Galaxy Fit provides a good overall user experience.

TOP 10 GAME_top ten games

LA N0IRE (PS3/XB0X)

Rockstar Games takes a more subtle sidestep into crime-solving over common-or-garden gunfire. If the "LA Confidentiel re-imagined as Police Quest" vibe doesn't grab you, the most lifelike MotionScan faces you've ever interrogated will.

CHILD OF EDEN (PS3/XBOX)

An indescribable hybrid of intergalactic shooter, rhythm-action game and motion-sensing marvel, this is the latest experience from Rez creator Tetsuya Mizugnchi. His white-gloved demo at E3 made him look like a drunk snooker ref-bonus.

DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION (PS3/XBDX/PC/ONLIVE)

One of the best games ever gets a prequel. its trademark mix of biomechanical body enhancements, stealth, conspiracy theories and stylishly dapping black trenchcoats are all intact.

BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY (PS3/XBOX/PC)

Rocksteady didn't need much for this sequel to its unexpectedly satisfying Arkham Asylum. A new set ting - a city slum-cum-prison a la Escape From New York — new villains (Catwoman, Mi- Freeze) and a few new Bat-toys, it's delivered. We're there,

 LEGEND OF ZELDA: SKYWARD SWORD

A prequel to N64 classic Ocarina ofTirne, this all-new Link outing has the usual mix of swords, potions and evil-force vanquishing. That Nintendo manages to rearrange such hackneyed elements into something fresh every time is a miracle,

GEARS OF WAR 3 (XBOX )

Scries finale brings four-player co-op, one-shot weapons, kc-T doing his "acting" and a lot of plot loose ends to tic up. Beast multiplaycr mode turns Horde on its head and lets you loose on the humans with your own Locust army.

UNCHARTED 3: DRAKE'S DECEPTION (PS 3)
"Indiana Jones wears Gap" free-runner-cum-super-soldier Nathan Drake heads to the desert for more lost cities and improved AL Uncharted is arguably the only PS3 exclusive franchise that Xbox owners would kill for, and it's now in stereoscopic 3D.

THE LAST GUARDIAN (PS3)

Auteur of the bittersweet Fumito Ueda provides a sort of megamix of his two previous emotional rollercoasters by pairing a lonely, castle-dwelling boy with an enormous feathered beast , and seeing if they make friends.

SUPER MARIO 3DS (3DS)

Nintendo finally aired plans for its iconic plumber's 3D debut this month - seeing it instantly leapfrog Metal Gear Solid as our most coveted 3ds title. Details are scant, but the .Super Mario Galaxy team is behind it, so we're setting brains to "amazed".

MAX PAYNE 3 (PS3/XB0X)

Now in die private security business rather than being a cop but still being shafted by persons unknown, Rockstar Games' heavily-armed, habitually-miffed, bullet-time gunman Payne is back. Expect "mature content" in slow-mo.
