HTC Mozart

HTC smartphones are uniformly well-built, slick and have excellent interfaces. However, they often look similar to each other.

Another of HTC's of familiar Windows Phone 7 devices, the Mozart places its faith in its 8-megapixel camera  with a Xenon flash , autofocus and a range of scene presets. and a set of decent built-in speakers. Video can be recorded at the standard 720p and stored on the 8GB internal memory. Clad in a steel-looking gunmetal surround, the Mozart shows a sober face to the world.

On its reverse is an asymme:ric two-tone metal backplate. We're reserving judgment on its styling. It has a 3.7in screen with a resolution of480 x 800, in general operation is just as slick as its stablemates, and we like the phone's soft curves.

Primed with a 1GHz processor, the Mozart is extremely nippy. An upwards swipe unlocks the home screen and takes you to the main Windows Phone 7 interface.
